Независимая исследовательская компания Gartner признала SAP лидирующим поставщиком решений бизнес-аналитики (BI). Согласно последнему отчету «Market Share Analysis: Business Intelligence, Analytics and Performance Management, 2012», Компания опережает конкурентов в борьбе за первенство, занимая 22,1% доли рынка в области бизнес-аналитики и управления эффективностью бизнеса. Более того, в феврале 2013 года Gartner назвала SAP одним из лидирующих поставщиков решений по управлению эффективностью бизнеса (Corporate Performance Management).
