Workshop «Data Governance»
February 14, 2011 Citia BTC will conduct an in-house workshop with the world-renowned expert in BI – Jon Page. Two-day workshop will be held on December 17 and 20 at the business-centre “LigaBusinessInform”. The participants of the event are representatives of marketing and IT departments of “Kyivstar”. The goal of data governance is to establish and maintain a corporate-wide agenda for data, one of joint decision making and collaboration for the good of the company rather than individuals or departments, and one of balancing business innovation and flexibility with IT standards and efficiencies. It’s a joint effort between the business and IT, and one that’s so far been at best misunderstood, and at worst poorly practised.Jill Dyche
