Galina has been with Citia BTC since 2001. Today, as well as 10 years ago, she is an Executive Director. Her responsibilities include improving business and personnel management, as well as relationships with government regulatory authorities, investors, and key customers.
She has over 17 years of executive experience, including successful work for PricewaterhouseCoopers, RONCO Consulting Corporation, and ULYS Systems Ltd. Galina has fundumental knowledge of sales and is highly professional in negotiating on the highest levels with governmental and private organizations; she has excellent organizational skills and extensive experience in maintaining long-term professional relationships with clients.
Galina’s comprehensive skills in interpersonal relationships and communication allowed her to maintain a positive psychological climate in the team and contribute to the creation of corporate team-spirit.
From the earliest days of Citia Business & Technology Consulting, Galina was responsible for developing and implementing company’s policies and procedures, recruitment, development of motivational programs, and managing relationships within the team. Her responsibility includes on-going evaluation of the existing organizational culture, and, if necessary, development and implementation of a new organizational structure.
Galina graduated from Lugansk National University. She also holds an MBA in Financial Management from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National Economic University. She is a certified trainer of "Persuasive Communicator” Methodology by Persona GLOBAL.
Galina is planning to participate in a process of continuous improvement of the company, as well as to take Citia BTC to a new level of maturity.
Simon Ignatov
Director of Business Consulting Practice
Simon joined Citia BTC in January 2002. Today, he is a director of Business Consulting Practice. He is a Candidate of technical sciences, as well as a seasoned IT professional. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of information technology and project management, including 15 years in the area of IT-systems development and implementation. He is an expert in finance, accounting, and advanced technical solutions, in particular BI, DWH, and CPM.
He participated in the process of bringing the company to the leading market position in the area of data integration, business intelligence, and business performance management. He managed the project at Kyivstar, aimed to build a corporate data-processing system based on Data Warehouse.
Simon held a number of large BI-events, led large-scale projects to build enterprise data warehousing in Astelit and Delta Bank. He developed strategies, solutions, and implementation methodologies for projects of building budgetary control systems in Kyivstar and OTP Bank.
He managed a number of projects of ERP-systems implementation (Concorde XAL, AXAPTA), modernization of information systems (creation of a ORACLE-based clusters), creation of an automated system for collecting, analyzing, accumulation of statistical information (AU SAENS), and IT-audit.
Simon’s plans for the future include development of company’s Information Management and Business Analytics directions.
Alexander Malitsa
Director of Data Integration and Analysis Practice
Alexander joined Citia BTC in 2006 as an Operational Director. Today, he is a Director of Data Integration and Analysis Practice. Alexander’s responsibilities include planning and coordination of practice’s projects, developing relationships with existing customers, as well as searching for new technologies to create effective solutions for customers.
Alexander is an expert in the field of key BI market technologies who designes effective proposals for combination of different technologies. He has an extensive experience in project and operational management.
Working with Citia BTC, he has overseen large-scale and challenging projects for Delta Bank, UkrSibbank, Kyivstar and MTS. Alexander was been the one to introduce the current project office, and expand the variety of technologies used in the projects.
He graduated from the Kiev Polytechnic Institute, majoring in development and design of electronic computing equipment (1988-1994).
His goal in Citia BTC is to increase the profitability of practice and reach excess profits.
Andrey Kurylenko
Director of Performance Management Practice
Andrey has been with Citia BTC for 5 years. Currently, he is a Director of Business Performance Management Practice. He has 12 years of experience in management and IT-consulting, completed by 6 years of experience in project management.
Andrey has extensive hands-on experience in the field of accounting, budgeting, logistics, consolidation, and reporting. He has also dealt with implementation of BI/CPM (budgeting, reporting, transformation and consolidation) and ERP-systems (from pre-sales to support) in banks, telcos, holdings, and other companies. Throughout the projects he was actively engaged in developing IT-strategies.
Holding the position of office and technical project manager, he participated in implementation of budgeting and accounting system for OTP Bank (including the functionality of profitability analysis), and implementation of budget management systems for Kyivstar.
As a manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers, he was involved in the implementation of financial statements consolidation systems in accordance with IFRS, and the development of IT-strategy for the largest Ukrainian companies in the industrial and banking sectors.
Andrey graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine, majoring in Applied Mathematics. He studied financial management at the Kiev National Economic University.
Alexandra Levochkina
CFO
Alexandra joined Citia BTC in April 2002. Today, she is a CFO at Citia BTC. Alexandra was engaged as a senior financial consultant in automization of financial planning and controlling in Kyivstar. She has also served as an expert during a project of development of automated financial planning and controlling system in Raiffeisenbank Ukraine.
Alexandra has extensive experience in the field of economics, taxing, finance, accounting and management. She is a member of the Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors. Alexandra is a certified audit, valuation, privatization, and tax management professional.
She holds ACCA Diploma in International Reporting.

Gennady ArmashulaStrategic Development Director
Gennady has worked for Citia BTC since 2001. Today, he is a Strategic Development Director. His responsibilities include development of long-term strategy and operational plans, as well as managing relationships with key customers and partners.
Being a seasoned professional in the field of information technology, he held executive positions for more than 16 years and succeeded in launching and managing his private businesses. Gennady is a founder and a Strategic Development Director of two companies: ULYS Systems (1994-2001) and Citia Business & Technology Consulting (since 2001).
Gennady has extensive experience in sales management, recruitment, training and managing teams up to 14 highly-performing salespeople. It was under his leadership that an annual increase in sales grew from $1.5 mln. to $9.8 mln. over a period of 4 years.
Holding an executive position at ULYS Systems company, he managed to create a distribution network covering all regions of Ukraine. An effective system of motivation and HR-management was developed and implemented, which reduced staff turnover to 6% (almost two times lower than the market average).
Gennady maintains and develops effective partnerships with leading international IT vendors: Oracle, Business Objects, Dell Computer, Intel, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Cisco, 3Com, IBM, Xerox, and others.
